ENGR. SHADRACH OKPAMEN
GROUP EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN
Shadrach Okpamen Osunde is the Group Chairman and Co-founder of HANANYAH Limited Prior to his appointment as a board Chairman, Shadrach was a senior member of staff with one of the leading Spanish construction firm as a Project Director. Shadrach is a graduate of business management with extensive background in project management. Shadrach is an accomplished and hands-on project management professional with over twenty years experience managing and delivering challenging projects in the field of engineering while working with one of the top Spanish companies in Madrid.
The amalgamation of three professionals in the business: Susana, Eddy and Shadrach is what we see in the new HANANYAH today. A skilled project director, able to apply proven engineering skills to successfully complete a variety of high value projects and capable of managing the full project lifecycle including plan development,
Shadrach will be developing the consistency and effectiveness of the company’s commercial systems and undertaking directing and supporting roles with each of the board directors.
His experience managing critical infrastructural development activities spans in United Kingdom, Europe and West Africa. The task of piloting HANANYAH affairs ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction and implementation of our corporate social responsibility rest squarely on his shoulder as the company’s chairman
SUSANA PAYA GAYTAN
GROUP EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Susana P Gaytan is the Project director of HANANYAH LIMITED. Prior to her appointment as a director, she worked for a world-leading Spanish firm. Susana has extensive knowledge of the policies, procedure and regulations relating to construction projects, a sharp, energetic and effective technical director. She’s responsible for leading all HANANYAH engineering projects from cradle to grave, delivering complex engineering projects in line with specific customer requirements, and manages the full project lifecycle including logistics, installation and commissioning.
Susana also manages multiple large-scale projects including prioritising and balancing the competing needs of a variety of key clients. Ensuring all blueprints and drawings are accurate and released in line with the project requirements and expected schedule milestones. She liaises closely with suppliers regarding design plans, equipment manufacture timescale and quality. Identify and resolve all project discrepancies and issues, ensuring the project continues to run to time and to budget. Identifying the risks and opportunities involved in all aspects of a construction project, making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety, with sound knowledge of equal employment opportunity policies and practice.
BORJA D. RUANO
OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
BORJA joined HANANYAH Board of Directors five years ago, as operational director. Prior to his appointment as director, he worked for a world-leading Spanish firm. BORJO has a wealth of experience on a number of complex and multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects in commercial, education, airport, etc… With extensive knowledge of the policies, procedure and regulation relation to construction projects, a sharp, energetic and effective technical direction. Plan and monitor the day to day running of business to ensure smooth progress. Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback; evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organization objectives and apply improvements. Manage procurement process and coordinate materials and resources allocation. Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction. Review financial information and adjust operation budgets to promote profitability. Revise and / or formulate policies and promote their implementation. Manage relationship / agreement with external partners / vendors; Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
