Yes. Subscribers who have paid up on their property can resell their property(s). Art & Arquitectural Limited and Hananyah Limited would require the seller to furnish us with details of the new buyer. A Charge of 15% of the property consideration (covering transfer of documentation shall be paid to the company by the buyer).
We strongly advise that cash payments should only be made to HANANYAH LIMITED and ART & ARQUITECTURAL LIMITED designated banks. Otherwise, cheques and bank transfers should be issued in favour of Hananyah Limited. We shall not accept any responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of a deviation of the above instruction.
Yes, You can apply for a refund only if you have not been allocated your property(s). In the event of a refund, you are required to give the company a ninety (90) days notice to process your refund request and a further sixty (60) days for refund to be paid to you less 40% (which is for administrative fees and others).
