The OBARENREN Community housing project by the HANANYAH LIMITED & ART + ARQUITECTURAL LTD is a social ecosystem in 36,000 m2 to providing quality of life to people who are looking for a safe environment with the best amenities.
Our housing project includes single-family houses of three categories and different sizes. Also affordable apartments and a significant number of small studios for customers who do not need a larger space
We will build commercial space for shops and offices, a traditional market and health post. Naturally we will build a church and event space for neighbours. And of course we will have a space for restaurants and cafes.
For drinking water we will make wells and in addition, we will create a water conduit from a nearby river. The water will pass through a community water treatment plant.
In relation to electricity, we will install a collective generator that will connect automatically when the public network is down. Night-time public lighting will be guaranteed with solar streetlight.
In terms of security, in addition to a police station, the community will have its own security office and video surveillance cameras.
